If business rescue (BR) is appropriate the satago team comprising legal, corporate finance, investment analysis and management expertise will pre-package a solution (BR plan) for implementation through the chapter 6 process. Ancillary services including establishment and management of creditor committees, appointments of BR practitioners, assessment of other BR plans and debt yield estimates.

To provide cost effective solutions to our clients Satago has developed a phased mandate approach which coincides with milestones within the BR process. Phase 1 concludes when the client is in a position to make an informed decision. Phase 2 concludes when a pre-approved BR Plan has been developed. Phase 3 implementation usually results in a negotiated arrangement which can include continued consulting to the distressed company and affected persons.
